November 1, 2026
Debate reported U.S. midterm results, polling accuracy, and claims of election fraud, while weighing economic and foreign-policy explanations for voter backlash. They then turn to Canadian politics, including a controversial comment about home invasions, Mark Carney’s reported remarks, climate policy, and the role of government investment.
Co-hosts Darren Grimes and Graham Dunlop move from Calgary’s aging sewer infrastructure and proposed spending to a wide-ranging discussion of nuclear weapons, historical conspiracy claims, gender policy, extreme flooding, UFO stories, speculative maps, and COVID-vaccine misinformation. The conversation includes moments where they question viral claims and correct themselves, making the contrast between speculation and fact-checking part of the episode.
